Our team—building on the strong legacy and client partnerships of our Orange Park office—has been selected to deliver a $4 million Design-Build project for a new Multipurpose Community Center in Fort Meade, FL. The project will provide vital space for civic engagement, public services, and recreation—serving as a cornerstone for the community’s future. This win reflects our vision at CPH: to improve lives through infrastructure that connects, empowers, and endures. It’s also a testament to the power of collaboration across our architecture, engineering, and planning teams.

Celebrating Community and Design at Ribbon Cutting for Wirz Park 🎊
Team CPH joined the @[City of Casselberry](urn:li:organization:856850) and community members in celebrating the grand opening of Wirz Park—a vibrant 29-acre destination reimagined for connection, play, and community spirit.
Designed by CPH, this revitalized park is the result of a comprehensive reinvestment and master planning process that included planning, space programming, conceptual/preliminary design, design development, and deep stakeholder engagement.
As part of the transformation, CPH’s architecture team reimagined the existing meeting room, expanding and enhancing it into a dynamic community event center. The improved façade and expansion now serve as a welcoming hub for civic and social events—strengthening the park’s role as a true destination for community connection.
🏖️ The new facilities include a zero-entry pool, 5-lane/25-meter competition pool, event pavilion, splash pad, playgrounds, basketball and volleyball courts, and more!
We’re proud to have played a part in bringing this vision to life for the City of Casselberry.
