Since CPH’s founding we have provided planning, evaluation, design, and permitting services to clients for wastewater, reclaimed, and water systems. CPH has designed over 40 wastewater and water treatment plants that include advanced treatment systems as well as “sustainable” systems.  Our team has also provided the design of over 150 pumping facilities, and permitted utility infrastructure projects with pipe sizes ranging from 4” to 84” and has provided services for over 300 miles of pipeline projects.
