North Miami Redevelopment for Seritage Growth Properties
CPH provided Architectural Design services for the renovation of a former Kmart store that was converted to a multi-tenant building. Improvements to the building included new storefronts, loading docks, and façade treatments. New tenants included Ross, Petsmart, Michaels, and Burlington.
